Customer satisfaction is important to us, and user feedback is vital so that we can develop our products in the right direction.

We use an electronic service, produced together with Toyme Lab Oy, to document complaints and process warranty applications.

Spare parts and maintenance services work great, you don’t have to wait long with a broken trailer.

Your information

Your name and email are required so that your message is directed to the right person.

Subject and title

  • You can choose Complaint or Customer feedback as the subject of your message.

  • Choose Längelmäki as the factory.

  • For department, you can choose either Complaint or Customer feedback, depending on the subject of your message. A Complaint is a notification of a fault or defect or breakage of a part of a trailer. You can leave feedback for good customer service, for example.

Customer details

Enter the current contact information of the customer company here so that we can serve you in the best possible way.

Trailer information

Enter the details of the trailer. The VIN number of the trailer is particularly important.

Subject of the complaint

Choose either Complaint or Customer feedback, depending on the subject of your message. You can only choose one subject for your message.

Problem description and damaged parts

In this field, describe the complaint or customer feedback as accurately as possible. Also list the names and part numbers of damaged parts here, if possible.

Once your message has been processed, you will receive an email notification.
